Dr. Sabol is a graduate from the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic and the University of Central Florida. She has over 11 years of clinical experience and has a passion for helping others. In 2014, she was awarded the honor of being named Orlando’s top Chiropractor. On top of obtaining her doctorate in Chiropractic she has completed over 200 hours in post doctorate education in the field of nutrition and functional medicine. This post doctorate work has allowed her to better serve her patients to achieve ultimate health and wellness, taking an inside out and head to toe approach. From improving organ system function through weight loss to making drastic changes for the better in blood chemistry panels, or finding the root cause of disease, Dr. Sabol stays on the cutting edge of holistic medicine.
Dr. Sabol’s experience is vast in working with different types of spinal injuries and diseases from auto accident cases to complex disc herniation/spinal stenosis cases to chronic issues like tendinitis and osteoarthritis. She has a special place in her heart for athletes. She has successfully treated and maintained numerous professional athletes, from professional golfers to professional MMA fighters and body builders, professional basketball players, and professional endurance athletes.
In her personal life, Dr. Sabol is an elite athlete. Coached by her husband, her passion is racing Ironman triathlons. She has completed two full distance (140.6 Ironman) events with podium finishes each time; racing has enabled her to raise thousands of dollars for the multiple myeloma research foundation.
In the off-season she runs marathons and excels in both short and long course triathlons. Cross training for her includes weight training and practicing yoga.
What made you decide to pursue a career in chiropractic?
Dr. Sabol has been under chiropractic care since she was a child, it helped her to grow healthy and after a very bad car crash at the age of 12, chiropractic care helped her recover. She always jokes that she is a chiropractor because her dad is a contractor… and part of that is true. Dr. Sabol would watch her dad function better after being adjusted and keep working laborious jobs even late into his 50s because he made it a priority to care for his spine with chiropractic care. She wanted to give back to her community and help others in the same way chiropractic helped her and her family.
