Yoga in the Park
A longstanding favorite among Plantation residents, Yoga in the Park has made its triumphant return to Liberty Tree Park. Occurring the first two Saturday mornings of every month, Yoga in the Park is a free one hour class. Novice yoga enthusiasts and expert yogis alike are welcome to enjoy the class, which is overseen by instructor Emmy Slaibe.
Sessions begin at 9:00 a.m. and all guests are encouraged to bring a yoga mat or towel, as well as a bottle of water and sunglasses, for especially sunny mornings. The staff at ChiroCare of Plantation recommends that you also slather on some sunscreen to protect yourself from the sun's early morning rays.
